Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 169 and new facility south of Earlton, then northerly for 12 miles over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 169 north of Chanute.

LOUISIANA

Relocation of U.S. Route 165 Business

Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Route 165 Business and State Road 1 in Alexandria, then northeasterly for 1.3 miles over a new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 165 Business in Pineville.

NEBRASKA

Relocation of U.S. Route 175

Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 275 and a new facility north of Fremont, then easterly and southerly for 8 miles over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 275 southeast of Fremont.

NEW JERSEY

Renumber I-95 as I-287

Renumber as I-287 presently designated I-95 between the intersection of I-287 and present I-95 in South Plainfield and the intersection of the New Jersey Turnpike in Edison Township.

NORTH CAROLINA

Relocation of U.S. Route 74

Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 74 and a new facility west of Kings Mountain, then easterly for 5.5 miles over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 74 at the Gaston County line.
