There is a trade-edition bound in olive-green cloth with pictorial stamping and lettering in dark green. There are the same number of illustrations as are in the limited edition. The first issue of this edition has the frontispiece mounted on dark green paper and date, 1915, on the reverse title page. The later editions have no mounted frontispiece and no date.

American Edition: Bound in either red or lavender cloth with the same pictorial stamping as the English trade edition, but stamped in gold with gold lettering. This edition has the same number of illustrations, but the frontispiece is not mounted. The limited edition has the same binding as the limited English edition. 100 copies signed by the artist. Published by J. B. Lippincott Co., Philadelphia, 1915.

Bound in light gray-blue cloth with pictorial stamping in gold on the cover and gold lettering on the cover and spine. 36 numbered pages, 6⅞×9¾. Twenty-four full-page illustrations in colour, five full-page drawings in black and white, nine black and white drawings in the text, and pictorial end-papers, all by Arthur Rackham. This book is a reprint of the 1905 edition, with many new black and white illustrations added and some of the original coloured plates left out. No date, but was published in October, 1916.
