' m efchewing the Danger and Pain provided by the fame, ceafed and left to buy the faid Wools, for the ' Relief of the faid poor Perfons : By Reafon whereof, the fame poor Perfons inhabiting within the faid ' County of Norfolk and City of Norwich, that have heretofore been Spinners, and maintained by Spinning ' of the faid Wools, be now unoccupied and unfet a work, and a great Number of them enforced to beg ' for lack of Work, to the utter Decay and Ruin of the poor People of the faid County and City, and the ' Inhabitants thereof, unlefs fome Remedy be therein provided.'
