B & 3 Aniiie, c. 6. §. 7, The Matters, The Admiralty to appoint Re- ceivers, tual and Temporal, and Commons, in Parliament afiembled, and by the Authority of the fame, That every Seaman or other Perfon whatfoevcr, that {hall ferve or be imployed by her Majefty, her Heirs or Succeffors, or by any other Perfon or Perfons whatfoever, in any of her Majefty's Ships, or in any Ship or Veffel be- longing or to belong to any of the Subjects of Gnat Britain or Ireland, or Dominions thereunto belonging, and every Mafter or Owner navigating or working in his own Ship or Veflel, whether imployed upon the high Sea or Coafts of the fame, or in any Port, Bay, or Creek, (other than fuch Apprentices, under the Age of eighteen Years, as are exempted from Payment of fix Pence per Menjem by an Act made in the fecond Year of her prefent Majefty's Reign, and fuch Perfon or PerXons as fnall be imployed in any Boat upon any the Coafts of Great Britain or Ireland in taking of Filh, which are brought frefh on fhore into Great Britain and Ireland, and every Perfon and Perfons imployed in Boats or VefTels that trade only from Place to Place within any Riv'er of Great Britain and, Ireland, or in any open Boats upon the Coafts of the fame) fhall pay, and there ftiall be allowed and paid by eirery. fuch Mafter, Owner, Seamenf, or other- Perfon imployed, or that fliall be imployed, the faid fix Pence jitr Men/em, or proportionably for a lefle'i Time, during the Time he or they fhall be imployed in, or belong to the faid Ship or Veflel, for the better Support of the faid Greenwich Hofpital, and to augment the Revenues thereof for the Purpofes herein, mentioned, - II.
