Would you be willing for me to use the TOC for this work as practice using the {{TOCstyle}} template? I'd try to get it done before you finish proofreading, but the template is new to me and I may require help which could delay things... A sample of how the first TOC page would look is third section down in my Sandbox. The width can be 100% (as current) or self-sizing. No problem if you'd prefer to do it yourself! Okay, it will be interesting to see whether I get the incorrect display issue produced by the regular table syntax. I am often tempted to go the other way too, using a flush-left format that disposes of any centring :D CYGNIS INSIGNIS 09:00, 10 November 2015 (UTC)

Some corrections/additions have been made by AuFCL to my formatting, to include self-sizing width ("compact=yes"). If you prefer 100% width, that parameter can be eliminated. All results can be seen in my sandbox. Thanks, Londonjackbooks (talk) 17:19, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
