Beginning at the intersection of I-80 and present SR 17 in San Jose, then northerly over SR 17 to the intersection at I-80 and I-580 in Oakland.
Redesignation of I-180 as I-580

Redesignate as I-580 presently designated I-180 between the intersection of I-80 in Albany and U.S. Route 101 in San Rafael.
Establishment of I-238
