[edit]I submit that the current page name is too generic and would be more appropriate as a disambiguation page or, rather, an index of short stories that have been parsed on WikiSouce and that this page be renamed perhaps one of the following:
- Short stories by Kyrle Bellew
- Short stories (1912)
- Short stories (1912) by Kyrle Bellew

In this way, a new page [Short Stories] could become a portal, a doorway opening up into the entire library of short stories that have been transcribed on Wikisource. At another level of extrapolation, this page could be formed as a sortable spreadsheet with stories metadata such as word count, reading level grade, genre (mystery, science fiction, romance, horror, fantasy, inspirational, dystopian, historical fiction, ethical dilemma stories, etc.).

Done. Well, done in the sense of moving and creating a disambiguation page. If someone wants to create and curate a portal at Portal:Short stories, they can do so. —Beleg Tâl (talk) 20:07, 29 January 2024 (UTC)
