User billinghurst wants to delete this page. After my having consulted the Criteria for Deletion policy page, I can discern no legitimate reason for doing so. At first, I interpreted her reason as being just because she didn't like the way it looks. I'm sure that interpretation by me was wrong. Discarding that, I can see no other justifiable reason for deletion. Does anyone know how to put a "This Page Needs Improvement" tag at the top of the page, rather than a "Delete" tag? Thoughts?
