Nursery rhyme
[edit]Normally I'd consider the folk song "The Trooer Watering His Nag" and the nursery rhyme "There Was an Old Woman Lived Under a Hill" to be two different works ... but since they both have the same Roud Index number, I'm treating them as variants of the same work. Well, it's no worse than some of the wildly different texts that Child considers to be variants of the same work in the Child Ballads. (shrug) —Beleg Tâl (talk) 19:40, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
