copyright on the Robert E. Howard poem

It says here that "Which Will Scarcely Be Understood" is still under copyright. I'm sure that was the case when this page was made, but is it still the case now? When will the poem go Public Domain? 2604:2C00:FFC5:C500:D61D:1B29:EB29:B9D0 09:47, 6 September 2024 (UTC)
