Ambox / Tmbox[edit]

This template uses {{ambox}} at the moment although {{tmbox}} is more appropriate. It can be changed later as appropriate. - AdamBMorgan (talk) 16:53, 27 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

clarify purpose[edit]

"This Wikisource text was referenced in ..."

Meaning that the work cited gave a url to the transcript at wikisource, or it mentions the text? CYGNIS INSIGNIS 03:11, 18 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Either, often both. I tried to make the wording of the template somewhat generic to cover all variations, especially as it can contain multiple works which may have referenced a WS text icto mean the source code behing Wikimedia and similar software. Most often, the WS text is a citation in exactly the same way WP uses them. A few times WS is listed in a bibliography or other reading list. In two cases, that do not currently have this template, a quotation from WS was used as an epigraph. - AdamBMorgan (talk) 13:33, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
