- In the name of life.
- Out of the Jordan I came up,
- I met the tribe of souls.
- I met the tribe of souls
- who embraced our father Šitil.
- They say to him:
- "By your life, our father Šitil,
- go with us to the Jordan River."
- "If I go with you to the Jordan,
- who will be a witness for you?"
- "If the sun has risen,
- it will be a witness for us".
- "This is not what I desire,
- this is not what my soul wants.
- The sun, of which you speak,
- rises in the morning, sets in the evening.
- The sun, of which you speak,
- the sun passes away.
- Yes, the sun passes away,
- its worshippers pass away".
- I came up out of the Jordan,
