The Law of a Jew and a non-Jew in a Partnership	דין ישראל ואינו יהודי שיש להם שתפות
Paragraph 1 - If a Jew borrowed a loaf from his friend before Passover, he must repay after Passover. It is like theft if he does not repay him.	סעיף א - ישראל שלוה ככר מחברו קדם הפסח, צריך לפרעו אחר הפסח, ויש בו משום גזל אם אינו פורעו.
Paragraph 2 - If a Jew receives weekly interest from a non-Jew in the form of loaves, he should tell him before Passover to give him flour or money the week of Passover. Because he made such a condition, even if after Passover he gives him hametz loaves, they are substitutes for flour or money and are permitted.	סעיף ב - ישראל שמקבל מאינו יהודי ברבית ככרות בכל שבוע, יאמר לו קדם פסח שיתן לו בשבוע של פסח קמח או מעות, וכיון שהתנה עמו כך אף על פי שאחר הפסח נותן לו ככרות חמץ, חליפי הקמח והמעות הן ושרי.
Paragraph 3 - If a Jew and a non-Jew jointly own an oven, [the Jew] should say to the non-Jew before Passover, "Take the oven during Passover and I'll take it after [Passover]."	סעיף ג - ישראל ואינו יהודי שיש להם תנור בשתפות, אומר לאינו יהודי קדם הפסח, טל אתה של פסח ואני אטל אחר כך.
Paragraph 4 - If a Jew has an oven and a non-Jew bakes hametz in it on Passover, [the Jew] cannot even receive money as payment, because he will be profiting from something for which benefit is forbidden. If he already received the money, he is permitted to benefit from it.	סעיף ד - ישראל שהיה לו תנור ואפה בו אינו יהודי חמץ בפסח, אפלו מעות אסור לקבל בשכרו, דהוה ליה משתכר באסורי הנאה. ואם קבל כבר המעות, מתר להנות מהם.
Paragraph 5 - There is one who allows him to rent his oven to a non-Jew on the condition that he bake matzah in it, and if he bakes hametz, it is not tied to him. Rem"a: Similarly, it is permitted to rent one's house to live in it; even though [the non-Jew] will bring hametz in, it is permitted (Agur).	סעיף ה - ויש מי שמתיר להשכיר תנורו לאינו יהודי על מנת שיאפה בו מצה, ואם יאפה בו חמץ אין זקוק לו. הגה: וכן מתר להשכיר לו בית לדור בו, ואף על פי שמכניס בו אחר כך חמץ, שרי (אגור).
Paragraph 6 - It is permitted to tell a slave on Passover, "Take this dinar, buy something, and eat," even though he knows that he will buy hametz. However, he cannot say "Go and eat and I will pay." Some even allow this, unless he gives the dinar [to the shopkeeper] in advance or he actually bought it with his hands. Rem"a: It is forbidden to buy hametz for a non-Jew on Passover, even using a non-Jew's money (Rivas"h chapter 401).	סעיף ו - מתר לומר לעבד בפסח הילך דינר זה וקנה ואכל, אף על פי שיודע שיקנה חמץ. אבל לא יאמר לו צא ואכל ואני פורע. ויש מתירים גם בזה, אלא אם כן הקדים דינר או שנשא ונתן ביד. הגה: ואסור לקנות חמץ לאינו יהודי בפסח, אפלו במעותיו של אינו יהודי (ריב"ש סימן ת"א).
Paragraph 7 - It is forbidden to rent a dish to a non-Jew on Passover so that he can cook hametz in it, but one can rent a donkey to bring hametz on it. Rem"a: There are those who permit one to heat water in a hametz container and wash using it. The same is true for other needs where one would benefit from a hametz container, and such is the practice (Tosafot Chapter Ein Maamidin and Mordechai Chapter Kol Shaah).	סעיף ז - אסור להשכיר כלי לאינו יהודי בפסח כדי שיבשל בו חמץ, אבל משכיר לו חמור להביא עליו חמץ. הגה: ויש מתירין להחם חמין בכלי חמץ ולרחץ בהן, וכן שאר צרכי הנאה בכלי חמץ, וכן הוא המנהג (תוספות פרק אין מעמידין ומרדכי פרק כל שעה).
