Contains two Seif. 1 A beast or bird that's missing its womb where the offspring sits, is kosher. Rema: So all the more so, if it's punctured it's kosher (own opinion). But there are those who are strict to forbid in the case of puncture or shriveling. (שם ורוקח ועס״ק ג' והגה ש״ד סימן פ״ח בשם א״ז ואו״ה כלל נ״ה) One ought to be stringent unless it's a great loss 2 If the bladder, that's where the urine is contained, is missing - it's kosher. But some forbid it. (And this is our practice, to rule it treif even if it's punctured) (Tur et al.).

דין אם ניטל השליא ובו שני סעיפים: סעיף א בהמה או עוף שניטל האם שהולד מונח בה -- כשרה: הגה: וכל שכן ניקב דכשר (ד״ע). ויש מחמירין לאסור בניקב או נימוק (שם ורוקח ועס״ק ג' והגה ש״ד סימן פ״ח בשם א״ז ואו״ה כלל נ״ה), ויש להחמיר אם לא במקום הפסד מרובה: סעיף ב ניטלה שלחופית שמי רגלים נקוים לתוכה -- כשרה. ויש אוסרין.
