Chap. LXVIII.—An Act authorizing the appointment of an additional brigadier general for the territory of Arkansas.
President of United States authorized to appoint brigadier general in Arkansas.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President of the United States, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, be, and he is hereby authorized to appoint a brigadier general for the second brigade of the Arkansas militia.
