Templates with start/stop

Hi. To avoid lint errors, in this case the closing template should be in footer, see diff. Mpaa (talk) 09:44, 16 March 2023 (UTC)

Symmetrically, it is the same when you close it, if it is not on the same page, the start should be in header. Mpaa (talk) 09:46, 16 March 2023 (UTC)
