Current US law gives 95 years of protection, as long as the copyright was renewed. If you have evidence that the law was changed to provide 100 years of protection, the WS:Scriptorium is the place to post that evidence. --EncycloPetey (talk) 03:45, 4 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

About sound recordings only. JrandWP (talk) 03:49, 4 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
This is why the table states that sound recordings are different. Where you posted the change, it meant that it applied to all works. The table is about the general situation, not just for audio recordings. And we have very few audio recordings housed here. --EncycloPetey (talk) 04:14, 4 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
Sorry, my wording is wrong (however my intention is correct). JrandWP (talk) 04:19, 4 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
The table is already correct. It states the copyright range for the vast majority of works, and points out the the copyright of music recordings is different from other kinds of published works. --EncycloPetey (talk) 04:35, 4 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
