I don't see anything in the document to show that it is released into the public domain. Wikisource hosts only works in the public domain, and without evidence that the work is released into the public domain, it cannot be hosted here. --EncycloPetey (talk) 02:15, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. The tale is in a free domain: http://letras.mysite.com/jbar260620.html Lectorlatinoamericano (talk) 02:46, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Appearing on a website does not guarantee that it is in public domain. If it was published somewhere else first, it may be under copyright. --EncycloPetey (talk) 03:21, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your help.
I will contact the author. https://josebaroja.com. Need some doc? Really, thank you so much. Lectorlatinoamericano (talk) 03:35, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
We need the permission of the original author and the translator. Both must release the work into public domain. --EncycloPetey (talk) 03:37, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. I will write both. Thanks. Lectorlatinoamericano (talk) 03:47, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
