Removal of text from documents[edit]

Removing text from the documents that we host is generally frowned upon. If there is a problem with the text please explain on the talk: page. If, however, there is a new version of the Constitution then that needs to be uploaded to its own page. That way we retain a record of what the 2004 Constitution said.
