This work was published in 1936, but on Commons you tagged it as published before 1924. This work will need to have a correct license for the US in order to be hosted here. US copyright law is different from other countries, and must be checked carefully. The license you've added is correct for India, but there must also be a license suitable for the US. This addresses the error that was present before. However, the Wikimedia servers are in the US, and so policy requires that works hosted uploaded to Commons or hosted on Wikisource must be in the public domain in the US. You will need to add a second license for the work the explains why it is in the public domain in the US. If the works are not in public domain in the US, then the file at Commons will need to be deleted. --EncycloPetey (talk) 06:45, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
