Mutual Agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan (1919)[edit]

Hi Yousiphh,

You recently added Mutual Agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan (1919), but you failed to specify the source from which it is transcribed and its licensing. In order to be eligible for hosting on Wikisource all texts must be verifiable to a previously published source, and they must be either public domain or otherwise compatibly licensed. --Xover (talk) 15:06, 7 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi, thias is my source: https://archives.ungeneva.org/caucasian-republics-captain-gilchrist-transmits-copy-of-agreement-between-the-governments-of-armenia-and-azerbaijan-notes-on-the-situation-in-the-caucasus-and-asia-minor-from-interviews-with-colonel-james-c-rhea-united-states-army-high
But I couldn't have figured out how to add this link. Please help. Thank you. Yousiphh (talk) 15:15, 7 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
The click-through license you are presented with when trying to download from that website says The United Nations provides access to digitized material in this platform for non-commercial, personal, or research use only, please see Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 IGO (CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 IGO) for more information.. Both non-commercial and no-derivatives clauses are incompatible with Wikisource's licensing policy. Xover (talk) 19:20, 7 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
