by Anonymous, attributed to Jeremiah

2 Kings is a book of the Christian and Hebrew Bibles. It is universally accepted across all Jewish and Christian biblical canons. In Eastern Orthodox bibles it is named 4 Kingdoms. In older bibles based on the Vulgate, it was named 4 Kings, and the name "2 Kings" referred to what is now 2 Samuel.
