How are we formatting included quote text?

What have others been doing for included quote text? {{smaller block}} <blockquote> or what? [Billinghurst (unsigned)]

The instances I have seen use {{fine block}} (also /s and /e), but I can't say that this is the general case. --EncycloPetey (talk) 05:23, 15 June 2013 (UTC)

Ran into an edit conflict. I was going to say that the few pages which I have seen also use {{fine block}} and the odd {{fine block/s}} and /e. (i. e. exactly what EncycloPetey had said.) This is also what I use. —Clockery Fairfield ^{(talk·contribs)} 05:41, 15 June 2013 (UTC)
