Scripture reference ranges[edit]

To be useful this index needs expanding to record the Scripture reference range for each page in the source text.

A more correct term for this would be a Table of Contents. It's not really a word index like you often find at the end of a book. David Haslam (talk) 19:31, 17 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure what you mean; this is an Index page, not a word index; see Help:Index pages and Help:Beginner's guide to Index: files. —Beleg Tâl (talk) 19:58, 17 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
Why does this Index Page have Page:KJV_1769_Oxford_Edition,_vol._1.djvu/21 a Contents Page down the right hand side preceded by the end of "The Translators to the Reader" with the footnotes for the same at the bottom? A more useful form of this Contents page is at Bible (King James) - but I'm not sure where "The Translators to the Reader" is linked from. PeterR2 (talk) 21:29, 13 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

ok, i will copy over the non-scan backed pages. they are missing the page headers, sidenotes. and chapter introduction. then transclude from page view. Slowking4Rama's revenge 00:06, 27 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
