Merge with {{dq}}

This template appears to have the same purpose as {{dq}}. The only difference is that {{adq}} uses curly quotes. The manual of style says to replace curly quotes with straight quotes, so this difference is immaterial. —Beleg Tâl (talk) 16:02, 19 December 2018 (UTC)

I like to make ascii documents that look like utf-8. I subst this for convenience. I think that if the writers of the manual of style take some consideration of appearance and portability then (perhaps) the style considerations will change.

@RaboKarbakian: If you like to make ascii documents, you can substitute {{dq}} or use the " character... so again there is no difference, and the templates can be merged. If the style considerations were to change, then {{dq}} would use curly quotes again, so again there is no difference.
