596:1[edit]After the Amidah, we do one big teruah with no tekiah. Rem"a: There are places that have the custom of adding another thirty blasts (Minhagin Yeshanim), and after fulfilling this, one should not blow any unnecessary blasts. However, it is permitted to tell to sound the shofar, even one who is old enough to be educated (the Maggid chapter 2 of the Rules of Shofar), and it is permitted for him to blast it all day (Or Zarua on Rosh Hashanah). |
סעיף א לאחר תפלה מריעים תרועה גדולה בלא תקיעה: הגה ויש מקומות נוהגין לחזור ולתקוע שלשים קולות (מנהגים ישנים) ולאחר שיצאו בזה שוב אין לתקוע עוד בחנם אבל קטן אפי' הגיע לחינוך מותר לומר לו שיתקע (המגיד פ"ב מהלכות שופר) ומותר לו לתקוע כל היום. (א"ז דר"ה): |
