Have a look at Page:Appeal for a Sixteenth Amendment.jpg. Converted the doc to something that can be OCR'd and pasted the text. Now we can proofread and format as required, and then we can transclude it into the main namespace. — billinghurst sDrewth 15:14, 24 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
