Circassian declaration of independence[edit]

Hello and thank you for adding the text of the Circassian declaration of independence (1857). However, at the moment it lacks some necessary attributes to decide whether the text is in the scope of English Wikisource: 1) English Wikisource accepts only previously published works, so we need to know where the translation was published. 2) We need to know the license of the English translation, i. e. whether the translation is not copyrighted. --Jan Kameníček (talk) 08:44, 22 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

The same applies also to A Petition from Circassian leaders to Her Majesty Queen Victoria. --Jan Kameníček (talk) 08:51, 22 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
