template formatting

Using css formatting is our preference, rather than old retired html. For example, rather than use <center> we use the template {{center}}. You can see a list of all our common formatting templates at Help:Templates, and each template should have its use syntax on its page. — billinghurst sDrewth 03:50, 27 September 2021 (UTC)
