Translation:Exhortation of Wuhan Public Security Bureau Wuchang Branch Zhongnan Road Street Police Station: Revision history

Hello. Thanks very much for contributing here. However, the above mentioned text is a Wikisource translation and as such it belongs to the Translation namespace, not into the main namespace, see Wikisource:Translations#Wikisource original translations. What is more, when we decide to move a page for some important reason, we do not copypaste it to the new title, but move it using the "move" button, so that the page’s history is not lost. --Jan Kameníček (talk) 12:22, 8 January 2023 (UTC)

Hi Jan, thanks for your message. I did not see the "move" button on my page, but I believe that the title "Exhortation of Wuhan Public Security Bureau Wuchang Branch Zhongnan Road Street Police Station" is not a very good translation - "训诫" is closer to "admonition" or "reprimand" - and also the title seems to be too long. If you feel a different title would be better, you can move it, as long as you keep it in the translation namespace (i. e. with the "Translation:" prefix) and move it with the "move" button (which you can find in the "More" group in the top right of the page. It would be also good to make a note about the reasons of the move at the work’s talk page.
