Copyright status of translation[edit]
Hi. In your contribution The Declaration Condemning the Attempted Forced Assimilation of Bulgarian Muslims, I believe that this could be hosted for the Bulgarian language using {{PD-GovEdict}} though the translation is a different issue. For us to host a translation, it would need to be either freely licensed, either in its publication, or through a specific permission (per c:Com:OTRS). Are you able to provide further information so that the community can better understand the status of this work. Thanks. — billinghurst sDrewth 22:08, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
