Hi Messiisking,
I noticed you created the page Hong Kong national security law, which I have regrettably had to delete for a couple of reasons.
First of all, since it contains no content, it appears as if you had created it merely to serve as a hosting page for the PDF of the document. This is not the purpose of Wikisource: we host transcriptions of freely licensed or out-of-copyright works, not media files. Second, the source document is in Chinese so it is out of scope for English Wikisource. And finally, works hosted here should be scan-backed and transcribed using the process described in Help:Adding texts. Presentation to readers in the main namespace should only happen once the Proofreading has been finished in the Index:/Page: namespace.
