Your recent contributions

I have posted our standard welcome message above, but there were a few issues with your recent contributions that I wanted to address.
First, in regards of licensing. All user contributions to the project are dual-licensed under {{cc-by-sa-3.0}} and the {{GFDL}}. There's a notice to that effect just below the edit box when edit any page here. Other licensing templates (such as {{PD-CN}}) are for the previously published works (media files: scans or images) that underlie the transcriptions here: content which was not created by a Wikisource user but which we host as originally published. This includes user translations too, and is one of the reasons we have the {{translation license}} template which takes two distinct licensing templates as parameters.
Second, all works hosted here should be scan-backed and have a known source in a previously published work. See Help:Adding texts for an overview. The work you added at Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Issues Relating to the Selection of the Chief Executive of the HKSAR by Universal Suffrage and on the Method for Forming the Legislative Council of the HKSAR in the Year 2016 is not backed by a scan and does not specify the source from which it was taken.
Finally, the above mentioned page appears to be a Wikisource (user) translation rather than a previously published translation. See Wikisource:Translations for an overview of the policy for these; but the gist is that translations should be done in the Page: namespace, with the original-language version already Proofread in the relevant language Wikisource, and should be transcluded into the Translation: namespace instead of the main (unprefixed) namespace.
