Hi. Thanks for providing a complete translation of this document. Is it your own work? It looks like the original version of that page was from a US government documentary collection used during war crimes prosecution. There's value in keeping both that and a complete translation, so I was about to split them up into two pages, but I wanted to make sure the providence of the expanded translation first.
