HALP[edit]

{{help me}} I am a complete noob, and am mainly based on Wikipedia. What can go on Wikisource, and how do I edit texts? Also, is advanced mobile view on Wikisource like Wikipedia?

No idea on the latter, but for the former, you might want to check out this page: https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:For_Wikipedians Belle Sans Merci (talk) 01:06, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Always a good place to start is Wikisource:Proofread of the Month, get a hang of the basics, and from there we can assist with works that are of particular interest to you. Either directly or if you want to have information for enWP. Read the welcome message for what goes. — billinghurst sDrewth 05:54, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Uhh...[edit]

{{help me}} For some reason, I can mark pages as patrolled. I doubt that new users can do that, and they need to patch it. E Super Maker (talk) 01:14, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Do you mean proofread? Or maybe validated? Belle Sans Merci (talk) 01:19, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Nope. It says “Mark edit as patrolled”. E Super Maker (talk) 01:23, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It doesn't say that on mine? Can you take a screenshot? Belle Sans Merci (talk) 02:44, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Comment Patrolled is available to autoconfirmed users to mark someone else's edits, so that is fine. — billinghurst sDrewth 05:52, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
