Note in {{Header periodical}}

The general note currently in the "header periodical" template is not accurate for this publication, and I'm not sure the best way to fix it. The page scans are generally available for this publication, here. Seems in this instance this is presenting inaccurate information to our readers. I have added scans parameter; if present it removes the second sentence and allows free text for the second sentence. Suggestions for future improvements should be made to Template talk:header periodical. — billinghurst sDrewth 22:26, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
