Your recent auto-block[edit]

Hi. Apologies for your recent automatic block. It appears to have been in error and caused by an over-eager automated filter. We've had some problems with a very aggressive and persistent vandal over the last year or so, and have had to implement automated measures to deal with them. Your edit appears to have been caught by this filter by mistake. I have removed the block.

PS. Thanks for trying to contribute Myanmar Investment Law. Since I'm already leaving you a message let me add—completely unrelated to the block—that the way you've transcribed the text is not in line with our standards. Parallel English and non-English text is out of scope for English Wikisource in general (but may be in scope for Multilingual Wikisource). We also host texts as published, and my first assumption would be that the original version of this text did not contain the English text? And we require a source, preferably a scan, for all texts we host. Please feel free to ping me or ask at Wikisource:Scriptorium/Help for assistance with how we do things here. I am writing to use the Myanmar Investment Law page in both English and Burmese languages, thanks 咽頭べさ (talk) 11:00, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I do apologize for the mistake. The filter has been corrected and it will not happen to you again. --Jan Kameníček (talk) 07:30, 3 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello @Jan.Kamenicek, I don't dare to continue editing English Wikisource, but I also feel like insulted me twice (the last thing I would like to request you is to move this Myanmar Investment Law page to English Wikisource), I was very hurt that this problem happened, thanks. I am very sorry about it, because it is my personal fault. The filter is quite complex because its main aim is to protect Wikisource from one specific vandal who was attacking Wikisource many times a day for about a year (although now he takes a pause, appearing about once or twice a month). Unfortunately, because of the filter’s complexity a problem which I had not expected appeared. Now I have not only corrected the mistake that caused the block, but I have also explicitely programmed the filter to always ignore all your edits, and so you will never be affected by it anymore. Please, accept my deep apology for that.
As for the Myanmar Investment Law, I agree with Xover that the text unfortunately is not in scope of English Wikisource. --Jan Kameníček (talk) 09:40, 3 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Jan.Kamenicek, Okay next time I have time, I will edit the English Wikisource, but I still have a lot to learn about using Wikisource, and I still have a lot of work to do at Mon Wiktionary (my request to you is to move this Myanmar Investment Law page to English Wikisource if you can accept it, but I'm not an admin so I can't move the page) thanks. As written above by Xover, our current standards do not allow us to accept the text in this form. To accept it, we need English text (i.e. not the mixture of non-English text and its English translation) and the original publication from which it is taken. If it was published in print, uploaded scans to Commons are preferred, see Help:Proofreading. If the source is on the Internet only, than the text can be added here without scans too. I think that this source should be OK, so if you wish you may transcribe the text from there here. --Jan Kameníček (talk) 13:53, 3 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Okay I will note that this is my first experience and knowledge, I don't know if (Myanmar Investment Law) is on the internet, but (Myanmar Investment Law) was rewritten by my computer from the book published by the government, thanks 𝓓𝓻.𝓘𝓷𝓽𝓸𝓫𝓮𝓼𝓪|𝒯𝒶𝓁𝓀 15:42, 3 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
