USCB[edit]

It looks as though Portal:Bureau of the Census is redundant to Portal:United States Census Bureau, which already exists. --EncycloPetey (talk) 18:18, 2 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Ideed. It's OK now. --Ascax (talk) 18:28, 2 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

A hint you may find useful. You can add links to Index pages of works like this:

Patients in mental institutions 1939 (transcription project)

And create useful shortcuts, from you User page for example, to keep track of current projects more easily. --EncycloPetey (talk) 18:29, 2 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Pagelists[edit]

Thanks for adding the texts of the 'Patients in mental institutions' series of publications. If you continue adding new indices, please consider taking the time to verify the integrity of the file and add a pagelist at the same time that you create the file. Until this step is completed, there shouldn't be any proofreading done against the file. (If, for example, it turns out that the file is missing pages, we'll have to fix the file, and then fix all of the previously proofread pages. It's a lot of extra work that could have been mitigated by doing the file integrity check and pagelist generation at the beginning.)

See the Help:Index pages article for more information (scroll down to "the pagelist tag" under "Parameters"). For a working example, you can see Index:Patients in mental institutions 1949.pdf (note that the pagelist is complete and the status of the file has been updated to "To be Proofread".)

If you've got any questions, please feel free to {{ping}} me here.
