Constitution of Rojava

[edit]

Do you have the ability to translate this or are able to convince someone who does to do so? I don't know that a machine translation would be appropriate for this site except during an immediate transition to a proper translation. If you submitted it in the hopes that someone with the ability might stumble upon it and do it in the future, it might be better to delete it and wait for someone to submit a human translation of their own volition.
