Thanks for your contributions. Some notes

  1. generally only put the copyright tag at the root level of a work, not on each subpage
  2. the community preference is to use numeral in chapter numbering for title rather than roman numerals, it allows a continued style, sorts better
  3. the table of contents needs to be transcluded on the root page so when the ebooks are generated they have the navigation components readily available. Yes, it is different from the original publication.
