Has this work been released to the public domain, or under a Creative Commons licence, see Wikisource:Copyright tags. We cannot host works that are not clearly not in the public domain, or don't have a release. — billinghurst sDrewth 05:05, 28 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

As you have not responded and there is no evidence of the copyright status of the work, I have nominated it for review of the community.
