Dashes[edit]

The templates for dashes, e.g. {{-}} and {{--}}, are merely a convenience to be use only if there is no other available means of adding the correct form of dash. If you can input the en-dash and em-dash characters directly from the edit window, that would save someone else the trouble of later replacing the templates. --EncycloPetey (talk) 18:48, 27 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the advice! From now on i will use the dash characters. Postmortem2 (talk) 13:12, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
