Regarding this; the answer is "we generally don't". There are some users who feel it is important and does it (using terribly hacky and inefficient templates that should probably have been deprecated instead), but most people don't. It is in general not required to replicate any given typographic or layout feature of the original: we only do so within reason and to the extent needed in order to properly represent the work. --Xover (talk) 12:58, 24 May 2020 (UTC)
