caught by abuse filter +++[edit]
Hi. I see that the abuse filter was a little enthusiastic and stopped you editing. Apologies for that.
With creating index: namespace documents, these need to mirror the name of the file at commons, not have any old name. I have attached our welcome message which contains some of those useful links to how to start.
