Replacing a template

Prior to the introduction of the |translator field in {{header}}, a user put the translator as the "author=" field in each subpage of Ante-Nicene Fathers, even though they were written by dozens of authors like Author:Tertullian and others. So if you could bump all author=Philip Schaff et al to translator=, then I can begin properly attributing each work. Section anchors

Blank pages

I'm thinking this should go on Persistent Tasks, but let me know. We should automatically upgrade all pages marked with {{Blank page}} (and in Category:Proofread) as "Validated" - it saves manhours of clicking to "validate" the veracity of a blank page - something I think we can trust our proofreaders to do themselves. Excessive author links

The article Abraham Lincoln Brigade has excessive author links. They should all be removed. If there are to be any, they should only exist for where author links exist, rather than presume that all people will have links. Not a practice that I would want to see continue and could be extremely cumbersome. -- billinghurst (talk) 12:21, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
