- Hey @Billinghurst, thanks for sharing your concerns with me!
- The translation was freely done by me (if that’s alright) and I assumed the text was on the public domain since it’s authored by a government body of the SADR (the SADR has no known copyright policies but if we assume Algerian or Moroccan legislation then it should be on the public domain). The text has also been hosted by the Parliament of Catalonia without any copyright information, but it’s assumed as a legal text and thus exempt from copyright. Other Sahrawi legal texts have been quoted in Spaniard-published books without any mention of copyright even if the books’ original texts are copyrighted.
