DNB stuff

[edit]

In case you are interested, we also have Wikisource:WikiProject DNB. Also, once you have proofread a work, if you click the orange radio button, it will mark the work as Proofread. Once that is done, it also makes the Validated (green radio button) available for the next proofreader. billinghurst sDrewth 03:53, 16 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Annotation

[edit]

Annotation of mistakes in the DNB is useful. See Wenman, Thomas Francis (DNB00) for where your comment has ended up, in the extra_notes field. Charles Matthews (talk) 21:28, 1 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hi. The reason why I marked this page as Not Proofread is that it is generally not enough that text is spelled correctly. Also formatting plays its part (that is also the reason why this place is populated of formatting templates). Proofread status is an indication of quality to other editors, who will disregard this page as they will give priority to pages still to be proofread. Pls take a look at this page: Page:Fasti_ecclesiae_Anglicanae_Vol.1_body_of_work.djvu/441. You can use it a sample for your future work. I did not leave a note on your talk page before as I assumed the comment was enough. If you need assistance, feel free to leave a note on my talk page and I will be glad to help. --Mpaa (talk) 20:48, 3 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
