Substitution request

Link fixes in US Court works

Parking this here, whilst I may get to it, others may wish to do it. It will need a little thinking and some preparation work for landing links.

In a work like Lampasas v. Bell/Opinion of the Court there is a link to [[th Amendment]] which is meant to be 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, or Additional amendments to the United States Constitution#Amendment XIV . It seems we have 700+ links that need to be fixed, see Special:WhatLinksHere/Th Amendment.
