United States Statutes at Large

[edit]

Hello! I am not familiar with this work or its formatting, but before marking a page as proofread, it may help to take a look at how pages for these volumes have been formatted previously -- to maintain consistency throughout. An example of a proofread page from vol. 1 can be found here. Londonjackbooks (talk) 13:33, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

thanks, I will remark the pages as needed proof reading. Then when I have more time format in your example. Thanks!!Rcollman (talk) 14:01, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
just switched them back. Reformatting is going to take some time, but at least now it is readable. Thanks again for your comment. Will put that link on my user page Rcollman (talk) 14:08, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Section-Sandbox01

[edit]

I was looking for a user:rcollman/sandbox as in HERE

If the community does not mind a flurry of edits, I will start placing sidenotes and go back for more edits. Know from experiece that I hold no claim to a general sandbox, People do seem to respect my user sandboxes. I have 4 on wikipedia and change the content. Each sandbox has a template that identities it as a user sandbox of rcollman.

Just curious, Rcollman (talk) 19:50, 17 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

You can create your sandbox, no bar to it. Hrishikes (talk) 05:17, 18 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Thxs. I will try that. been working on one page. Wow. Complicated. Side notes, hanging paragraphs, indented paragraphs, change in text size, centering, running header etc. Still to figure out how to underside a side note :) Bottom line, I will not check off proofed read. Thanks for the help.
If you want to link to a category, you can do it like this: Category:Template documentation pages. --EncycloPetey (talk) 13:57, 18 April 2017 (UTC) Thks did it the long way. Rcollman (talk) 00:36, 23 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
