Please check this Index's discussion page and follow any such conventions. @ShakespeareFan00: Some formatting rules should be established for this book. The latest complicated revision to Page 7 doesn't seem to add much except float the note to the right. The formatting is much more complicated than necessary. So I did a test layout on Page 194. The right-floated notes on a narrow screen don't line up properly unless they are inserted at the beginning of the statement, rather than at the end. It makes the editing a tad more confusing, but if each statement is treated as a separate paragraph, I think it should be clear. Can you take a look at Page 7 and Page 194 -- and maybe one or two other pages -- and format them as sample pages for the whole book? It would help to have this decided before more editing is done.
